You fulfil a sacred mission—you pass on knowledge to new generations, thus contributing invaluably to the development of the fishery industry of Russia and thus to the entire country. Besides, every teacher is engaged in educational work, forming personalities within the walls of the university, worthy citizens of our Motherland, so you have a huge responsibility.

I sincerely thank the veterans, who have glorified the system of national education throughout the world, for their tremendous work and fruitful labour. We continue these glorious traditions! Today, the country's higher school faces new ambitious tasks, and I am sure that together we will successfully solve them, as we had done before.

Dear lecturers, teachers, mentors, your dedicated work deserves the most sincere recognition and endless gratitude. I wish you good health, happiness, creative success in all your endeavours and worthy students!
