Within the framework of the XII International Baltic Maritime Forum, the XI National Scientific Conference Innovations in Healthy Food Technology took place. T.P. Tretyakova, head of the Food Production Technology and Public Catering Arrangement Department from FSBEI HE Togliatti State University, and a lecturer from the department of Technological Machines and Equipment. Agroengineering, FSBEI HE East Siberia State University of Technology and Management, V.A. Khanturgaeva, participated there along with lecturers, postgraduate students, and students from Kaliningrad State Technical University.

A total of 11 reports were heard. The presentations from the participants were distinguished by their varied and captivating content. All reports generated a lot of interest and sparked active scientific debates.
