KSTU experimental scientists visited fish processing enterprises in Primorsky Krai

In September 2024, the project ProTech—Waste-Free Technology for Processing Fish and Crab Waste of a small innovative enterprise with KSTU participation, Biotech, won the competition Eco Accelerator of Rosatom State Corporation.

Winning the competition gave an opportunity to KSTU and Small Innovative Enterprise Biotech staff members V. V. Volkov and N.S. Kalinina to make a business trip to Vladivostok at the end of September and visit the largest fish and crab processing enterprises in Russia.

In the capital of Primorye, KSTU specialists discussed areas of cooperation with potential partners and took materials for experiments.

The results of the experiments will be presented to potential partners and may serve as the beginning of the industrial project on fish waste processing in Primorsky Krai.
